Clock not chiming correctly

by Rob
(Hamden, CT, USA)

Chimes ok from hours 1-5. After 5, chimes are off.
Never goes past 5 or 6 chimes. Any idea on how to correct this?
I've tried turning minute hand CCW to the correct time (after moving hour hand to correct chime hour).

This all started after clock stopped due to not winding and trying to start up again. I turned "silent" mode on on both sides while trying to get to correct time.
