Help in identifying mfg date of this Colonial Mfg. clock

We have recently purchased a clock case with the original dial.

We are looking for the mfg date and replacement clock works.

The case is cherry wood and there are the initials marked in chalk in the bonnet top (Sa).

The height is 88" tall.
The bonnet measures 15" tall, 13 1/8 wide and 8 3'4 deep.
The waist is 10 3/4 wide and 7 1/2 deep and 38" tall.

There is a length from the top of the waist to the bottom of the base which allows 4' 8" drop for the weights/chains.
We would like to have Westminister chimes and have no idea of the replacement works code to order.

Any assistance you can give us will be greatly appreciated.

The glass in the doors appears to be fairly wavy as you can notice in the photo.
