series #124 Model 0946-1

How can I get a sense of value for this particular Sligh grandfather clock.

It is in mint condition, but doesn't keep time.

Actually, the reason it hasn't kept time I have learned is because whenever someone walks by the path from the front door to the kitchen or out of the kitchen, it vibrates. Apparently, the clock is not completely stable in that area.
