Inherited a Ridgeway

I inherited a Ridgeway Grandfather clock, maybe Grand"mother" it is smaller here are the details:

Model 308
Movement E
Finish V.S.
Serial # 1145

I own a Howard Miller Grandfather, wanted to know when this clock was made, and possible value. I don't want to give a stranger a valuable treasure.

If it is valuable I will find a place for it until my daughter moves.....please help.
