Looking for information on a Colonial Wall clock ser 3808965

I just got this clock from my mother's estate. Where can I go first to find out about the clock.

Then it has a problem it strikes the hours off by 4 hours can this be adjusted?

Will we need to fine a clock repair some place we live 120 miles from Houston TX and 120 miles from San Antonio TX.
