Question about a grandfather clock

Hello,

I was given a grandfather clock as a gift. It says on a placard on from limited edition, the highland clock company, 1980 and has insignia around clock face with nice scrolls saying tempus figut.

I have googled and looked in books for highland clock co to no avail.

Please does anyone know where I can find more info on this clock company, clock?
