Value of a Mint condition Colonial Clock

I have come across a beautiful colonial clock with a glass case, and with the moon and sun am - pm indicator.

The asking price was $300 and I am wondering if this is a good buyers price.

This clock sounds really nice.
All I can tell you that the prices for grandfather clocks have dropped because of the economic situation.
So if you invest in a good grandfather clock now, I expect the prices to go up again once the economy recovers.
