What should I pay for 1971 Michigan made grandfather clock?

Origially purchased in 1971 from Colonial of Zeeland Manufacturing company in Michigan.

Model #1801, Movement 132, Dial DX, 3 weights, non-ornate pendulum disc hanging from wooden rod is under 4.5" diameter.

Westminster chime and chain wind. Clock was not one effected by the movement problems which occured in the 70's.

Clock collector/seller in Michigan familiar with Zeeland said this is in $500 range.

Please confirm.
