Wrong Ridgeway moon dial

I have a Ridgeway grandfather clock. The registered serial number is 84011715.

Other information is: Dial - 08
Model - 225
Movement -CC
1161-853 114cm
Serial - 7/11/84

Recently I sent it out to be repaired and I believe it came back with the wrong moon dial.

Where can I get information telling me what the original dial was?
