1930 Herschede Electric Grandfather Clock

We have a beautiful 8' tall electric Herschede grandfather clock in a cherry cabinet. Unfortunately we cannot find a clockmaker who is able to fix it even after repeated tries and with a new motor.

What would be the value of this clock and can anyone help in getting this repaired in Pennsylvania.
