My Clock is on Strike

Maybe I should say it is off.

The clock now no longer strikes twelve. For some reason it strikes 1 both at midday and midnight.

At 1 Oclock it also strikes 1 and then is okay until it strikes 11.

Then it starts all over with 1 two hours in a row. It didn't always do this.

Any suggestions?
