Need Help

I'm looking to buy a Ridgeway Grandfather Clock, but I can't find any information about it.

The serial number is 95035813. It looks to be on a Holland frame, but is has scenic moon dail along with english number and roman numerals.

It also has arabic hand dials.

If anyone can help that would be great.
