1980 Grandfather Clock by Howard Miller

I have a question, regarding this clock I found in an antique store for $695.00.


Since it was only #399.50 per Howard Miller when it was sold in 1980, do you think this is a good price?

It seems that it looks good and sounds good.

Waiting to purchase????

Do you like the clock? Does it work? and most important does your wife like the clock?

If all answers are yes - then I personally would get it. The price does not seem too high to me but I am not an expert on pricing.
