My friends Colonial Grandfather clock, value and year of make

Good day,

I am trying to help an elderly friend of mine.

Unfortunately she can no longer live alone and has to sell her Colonial Grand father clock.

It was left to her by the owner of her condo. How lucky is she.

We do not know the year of make or the value. is there a way you can help me with that?

Colonial of Zeiland Serial # is 7713548

If you have any information on this I would greatly appreciate it.
