Howard Miller Model 610-987 Serial # MF0031260071 Grandfather Clock free standing

Recently I changed the clock to daylight savings time (Idaho) ... now it chimes one hour ahead of time such as 6 chimes when it is 5 O clock ... I moved the hour hand to the time it chimed and it was correct the next hour but now the time is wrong so I turned the time back to correct hour and it is wrong again .... can you help me! Confused

Turn minute hand to set time.
Turning the hour hand only syncs the chime.
