Overpriced Piece of Crap

I purchased a Kassel 31 Day clock and within a few days of receiving it, it stopped working.

Before it stopped working it continually made a ticking noise before it rang or sometimes at the same time.

The paperwork that I received with the clock does not offer and information on how to contact the manufacturer or how to get warranty and repair assistance.

I am completely disatisfied with my clock and the manufacturer and will never buy an overpriced worthless piece of ??? like this again.
