Thinking of purchasing a Sligh Grandfather clock

I am thinking of purchasing a Sligh Grandfather clock for $500 dollars.

Model # 0977-1-AN, Reg # 507 0107 03, Movement # 500 0029.

The clock seems to be in good condition. Any idea of when it was made and if that is a fair price?
