value of a colonial grandfather clock

I dont want to sell it, I am concerned that I might want to put it on my insurance policy on a floater.

I have no idea of its worth in is ser.# in the 7000's.

The seller had no idea of it's value. And I dont even care if it is worth bucks, as I just love it, but to replace it????

I will gladly help you, but to be able to do that, I will have to know a bit more about the clock.

You could send a few pictures of the clock.
See if you can find a stamp inside or behind the casing.
