Value of this 100 year old clock given by the governor of Pennsilvania

This 100 clock was given by the governor of Pennsylvania
My clock is about 9 feet tall and has a gridiron pendulum and a Roman dial.
The clock belonged to my grandfather in the early 1900's. I was always told that it was given to him by the governor of Pennsylvania and was at least 100 years in the 1960's.
I was told that it was a German clock but not sure about this.
Could it be a Waterbury clock. I would like to know some information about this clock and the approximate value if possible.
My clock is similar to the attached picture that I found online.
